* Being bored at home, especially in the evening becomes a cause of overeating, so keep yourself busy by meeting friends or new people, joining clubs, going to free public events. Do not just sit on the couch all the time.
* As important as it is to pay attention to the fact that we eat the right food, equally vital is to keep a watch on the quantity. A good rule of thumb is: protein fits in palm of your hand, carbohydrate fist size, no fatty add ons (butter, dressing,etc). But dark greens eat as much as you want (brocoli is one of the best for this, I recommend steamed).
* Eat your food slowly with each mouthful taking 30 seconds. Pause your eating half way through for 5 minutes. Your body needs ten minutes to tell your mind it is full. Remember….eat slow.
* Go for a one hour walk five days a week. This does not need to be a power walk but a faster pace will help. If possible, carry some light 2 pound dumb bells.
* The ultimate tip to eventual success: regular exercise and a balanced diet.

    Assalam o Allaikoum WRWB,, appa jee u r a great lady,May Allah give u His special blessings.Appa my name is Seemay e Nudrat. My age is 26 years. I am unmarried. My weight is 68kg with a big stomach. I m taking honey,lemon black pepper from a long time. I m also taking mixture of zeera, kalongi, ispaghol, ,maethi dana and ajwayen 2 spoons early in the morning. I m very careful while eating. Not regularly but i do excercise. but still i am unabe to loose evan a pound. Please Appa jee tell me any tip to get rid from motappa specially from a big stomach. Once anyone said me ” k tumharey pait ko daikh ker koi bhe keh sakta hai k tum 3 bachoun ki maan ho” i don’t go anywhere after this remark. Please help me appa even my family members laugh at me. Although every thing is in the hand of Allah Almighty but apparently Due to this obesity i am not getting married.     yar seema ap gym join kro.apko zaror fark pary ga.roti bilkul kam kr do sirf brkfst me roti lo.dupehr ko salad aur skimmed milk lo aur rat ko cabbbage soup lo.cabbage soup,salad,skimmd milk jitna marzi pio din me.zubaida apa ne ek bar ye btaya tha.ap ye b try kro.me ne try kia aur 1 mnth me 5 kg lose kia aur body b shape me aa gai.ap b kro at least 2 mnth lgen gy apko.ap bilkul theek ho jao gi.gym zarooooooooooooooooor kro.
