Weight Loss Tips

  1. Mix 3 tea spoon lemon juice, 1/4 tea spoon black pepper powder and 1 tea spoon honey in a cup of water and take it 3 times a day for at least a month.It is really a good remedy for over weighing.
  2. Eat a fresh tomato daily before taking breakfast.
  3. Try to make a habit of taking green tea regularly at least after lunch and dinner as green tea helps you in losing weight. As we know, our weight increases with sugars and fats we consume in our routine. There are two properties of green tea which helps you to lose weight. It contains a substance that counts calories burned in our bodies which helps to burn more calories.It also contains a material which helps the body to burn fat. Both of these things help a lot in weight loss.
