Vegetable Daal

Ingredients:
- Potato                                 4 scratch them
- Tomato                               8-10
- Ginger Garlic                     1 tbsp, milled
- Red Chili                              1 tbsp , powder
- Turmeric                             1 tsp
- Tamarind juice                 ½ cup
- Green Chili                         4
- Curry Leaves                     Some Leaves
- Salt                                        as per taste
For Bhagar:
- Whole red chili                 4
- White cumin                     ½ tsp
- Curry leaves                      some leaves
- Oil                                          ½ cup
Method:
- Put 4 cup of water with potatoes and tomatoes & boil them, when potato turns soft, bland water, potatoes and tomatoes in blander again put them into cooking bowl.
- Put ginger, garlic, chili, turmeric, tamarind juice, green chili, salt and curry leaves in it and cook on a low flame when green chili become soft, daal is read.
- Hot oil in frying pan and put all ingredients of Bhagar in it when they turn black put Bhagar on daal. Serve it with plain rice.
