Tomato’s cut


 Ingredients:

  • Red tomatoes                   1 kg
  • Ginger & Garlic                  1 tbsp, milled
  • White cumin                      1 tbsp
  • Whole red chili                  4
  • Red chili powder              1 ½ tsp
  • Nigella seeds                     some
  • White oil                              2 tbsp
  • KhashKhaash                     2 tbsp
  • Turmeric                              1 tsp
  • Curry leaves                       8-10
  • Grams                                   1 tsp
  • Tamarind juice                  2 tbsp
  • Boiled egg                           6
  • Green chili                          4
  • Oil                                           ½ cup
  • Salt                                         as per taste

Bhagar:

  • Whole red chili                                 4
  • Fenugreek seeds (Methi dana) 6
  • White cumin                                      1 sprinkle
  • Curry leaves                                      5

Method:

  1. Roast grams, whole red chili and some white cumin in a pan then put all these spices tomatoes and 2 cup of water and boil it when tomatoes turn soft blend it with water in blender.
  2. Roast KhasKhash, til and remaining cumin and put them in tomatoes with tamarind juice, green chili, curry leaves, turmeric, chili, Nigella seeds(Kalonji), ginger, garlic and salt, cook it on light flame. When green chili turn soft , your tomato cut is ready.
  3. Place it on a spread dish put Bhagar on it with eggs.
