Tandoori Chicken


  • Chicken                                                1 ½ Kg
  • Yoghurt                                               1 Bowl
  • Tandoori Spice                                  3 Tbsp
  • Garam Masala Powder                  1 Tbsp
  • Red Chili Crushed                             ½ Tbsp
  • Lemon                                                  3
  • Oil                                                           3 Tbsp
  • Salt                                                         As per taste


  1. Cut Chicken into eight pieces and make cutes on it , wash it and then apply all the above ingredients in it and marinate it for 2-3 Hours.
  2. Apply oil with brush on Spiced Chicken pieces, put them on cooking bowl and until it get dry on slow flame .
  3. After getting dry put bowl on Fry Pan on slow flame.
  4. Now serve it or you can also bake it in oven for ten minutes.
  5. Have it with  Naan or Paratha.
