Tamarind Chatni


  • Tamarind-250 gram
  • Sonth Paste-1tsp
  • BlackĀ  Salt-1 Pinch
  • White cumin-1 tsp (bhuna hua)
  • Tamarind thick paste-2 tbsp
  • Red pepper Powder-1tsp
  • Salt-To taste


  • Take tamarind and put all the ingredients in it except black salt.
  • After that cook it for 10 minutes.
  • After five minutes from cooking add black salt.
