<li>1 cup Plain flour</li>
<li>1/2 cup Powder milk</li>
<li>10-12 Almond</li>
<li>1 tsp Baking powder</li>
<li>2 tbsp Semolina</li>
<li>2 tbsp Oil</li>
<li>for frying Oil.</li>
<li>Ingredients for syrup</li>
<li>8 small Cardamom</li>
<li>1 cup Water</li>
<li>pinch Yellow color</li>
<li>2 1/2 cup Sugar</li>
</ul>
<h2>Method:</h2>
<ol>
<li>Mix a cup plain flour, 1/2 cup milk powder, 2 tbsp semolina, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 egg and 2 tbsp oil and knead into fine dough.</li>
<li>For syrup, add 2 1/2 cup sugar, 1 cup water, 8 small cardamoms and a pinch of yellow color to a cooking pot and cook. Now grease your hands with some oil and form a portion of the dough into shape of a gulab jaman, placing an almond in the middle.</li>
<li>Heat oil in a wok for frying, fry gulab jamans until they turn golden brown.</li>
<li>Place syrup on a low flame and dip golden brown gulab jamuns in the syrup before you serve.</li>

<li>Take 1 liter milk in pan and add 4 tbsp of vanilla custard with 1 cup sugar and cook till custard turn thick.</li>

<li>Now take a mixing bowl and place a layer of custard, then pineapple tin cubes, then a layer of strawberry jelly and noodles.</li>
<li>Now again place all the layers and put cream on top</li>

<h3> Method:</h3>
<ol>
<li>Soak pistachio and almond in water then cut them into tiny pieces.</li>
<li>Heat oil in frying pan and fry bread slices till light brown then take out, when frying pan gets cool take out oil and put milk &amp; cardamom (illaichi) in it and cook.</li>
<li>When milk turns thick put 2-3 slices, half sugar and some yellow food color in it , after a while when slices sucks milk take slices out and place in a dish and cook remaining slices in the same way.</li>
<li>Spread remaining milk, almond. Pistachio and Khoya on it, garnish it with silver paper.</li>

<h2>Method</h2>
<ul>
<li>First of all take 2 tbsp milk and mix up saffron in it.</li>
<li>Now add this milk into remaining milk and mix it well.</li>
<li>Cook milk over slow flame and stir the spoon continuously.</li>
<li>When milk got half because of cooking then add sugar and cook it for 5 to 6 minutes.</li>
<li>After that add cardamom powder, pistachio and remove it from the flame.</li>
<li>When it gets chill then pour it in faloda tray and put it into freezer.</li>
<li>Serve it with faloda and rose water.</li>

<h2>Method</h2>
<ul>
<li>Cut Bread into 2 or 4 pieces.</li>
<li>Take out almonds in dried apricots.</li>
<li>After that cut Apricots and almonds.</li>
<li>Now take cardamom, 1tbsp sugar. Blend it well.</li>
<li>Heat up oil and fry bread one by one for a while until it turns into golden in color leave it on paper.</li>
<li>Take another frying pan and put milk, corn flour, cardamom, cook it well until it gets thick.</li>
<li>Now take non stick frying pan and put sugar in it for the making of Caramel. now add almonds and dried apricots.</li>
<li>When this caramel gets chill then add orange marmalade.</li>
<li>In the last take golden bread pieces, first put milk paste then put caramel in it.</li>
<li>Now garnish it with silver leaf.</li>

<li>Take a cooking bowl put heat up ghee in it and put cardamom gram flour, suji and cook it well whe  it turns light brown then remove it.</li>
<li>Take another cooking bowl and put sugar and water and cook it for 5 minutes.</li>
<li>After that add suji and gram flour and cook it.</li>
<li>Now add raisins in it.</li>
<li>In the end put mil and stir the spoon continously.</li>
<li>When halwa is ready then spread it over plate.</li>
<li>Garnish it with dry fruits.</li>

<h3>Ingredients:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Yellow Grams (Moong Daal)        2 cups , with peels</li>
<li>Fresh milk                                           3 cup</li>
<li>Condensed Milk                               1/2 tin</li>
<li>Khoya                                                   250 gms</li>
<li>Sugar                                                     2 cup</li>
<li>Saffron                                                 1 sprinkle</li>
<li>Small cardamom (ellaichi)             2 milled</li>
<li>Clove (laung)                                     4</li>
<li>Cinnamon (daar chini)                    1 sprinkle powder</li>
<li>Pistachio                                              1 tbsp</li>
<li>Almond                                                4 tbsp</li>
<li>Ghee/ oil                                             1 cup</li>

<h3> Method:</h3>
<ol>
<li>Wash grams and soak in enough water for entire night, then take off its peels and milled them.</li>
<li>Heat oil/ ghee in frying pan and put clove (laung), cardamom (Illaichi) and cinnamon (daar chini) in it. When feels fragrance put grams in it and roast till brown, now add both types of milk and sugar in it.</li>
<li>Continue mixing it till milk gets dry. When oil/ ghee gets separate put Khoya and chopped almonds in it, roast it for more 10 minutes.</li>
<li>Your delicious halwa is ready spread it in a dish after pasting some oil on dish surface.</li>
<li>Garnish it with tiny cuts of pistachio.</li>

<h3> Method:</h3>
<ol>
<li>Cut bananas into slices and put them in lemon juice, and paste sugar and coconut powder on its all sides thoroughly.</li>
<li>Roast almonds lightly the sprinkle it on bananas.</li>
<li>It is better to prepare this dish when willing to serve.</li>
