This recipe have three blow mentioned steps which have to be followed one after another.
Ingredients:
- Prawns 1/2 kg (medium size, washed and marinated)
- Corn flour 3 tbsp
- Eggs 2 (only its whiteness)
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Chicken cubes flour 1 tbsp
- Salt some
- Oil for fry as per need
Method:
- Combine all above ingredients and beat them, soak all prawns one by one in this mixture and deep fry them. Then take out and place over a paper so oil can be absorbed.
Ingredients for Sauce
- Tomato Sauce 1/2 cup
- Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
- Brown Sugar 1 tbsp
- Fine Chopped Garlic 6
- Sesame Oil some drops
- Salt some
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- White vinegar 2 tbsp
- Chopped Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Pineapple Juice 2 tbsp
Method:
- Combine all above ingredients and cook on low flame with wooden spoon and cook it thicker.
Ingredients:
- Bell peppers 3 (cut into cubes)
- Onion 3 (separate its layers)
- Soya sauce 1 tsp
- White vinegar 1 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Cauliflower (Phool Gobhi) Medium size (Separate its Flower)
- Pineapple cubes 6
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Chopped white pepper 1 tsp
- Salt some
Method:
- Pour oil in a frying pan and put all vegetables in it and fry on high flame, continue moving spoon speedily and put vinegar, soya sauce, white pepper and sugar in it then turn off the stove.
- All three thing s are ready now, before serving combine all three together
- Then serve tasty sweet and sour prawns.
