Ingredients
- Siwayian-1/2 kilo
- Almond (chopped)-10
- Small Cardamom-6 (1tsp with sugar)
- Ghee-4tbsp
- Sugar-3 cup
- Pistachio (chopped)-10
- Water-1 cup
Method
- Take a cooking bowl put ghee in it and heat up ghee.
- After that add cardamom in ghee.
- When fragrance of cardamom comes out then add siwayyan and cook it well after that remove siwayyan from ghee.
