<li><strong><em>Ginger</em></strong>-2 inch piece</li>
<li><strong><em>Garam Masala</em></strong> (powder)-1 tsp</li>
<li><strong><em>White Cumin</em></strong>-1 tsp</li>
<li><strong><em>Coriander Seeds</em></strong>-1 tbsp</li>
<li><strong><em>Crushed Black Pepper</em></strong>-1 tsp</li>
<li><strong><em>Yogurt</em></strong>-1/2 cup</li>
<li><strong><em>Lemon</em></strong>-3</li>
<li><strong><em>Coriander</em></strong>-little bit</li>
<li><strong><em>Oil</em></strong>-1 cup</li>
<li><strong><em>Salt</em></strong>-To taste</li>
</ul>
<h2>Method</h2>
<ul>
<li>Make cubes of fish.</li>
<li>Before washing the fish, marinate it  with lemon and vinegar.Leave it for 20 minutes.</li>
<li>After 20 minutes washed it.</li>
<li>Put out the seeds of tomato. Blend it with green chillies, coriander and garlic.</li>
<li>Crush coriander seeds, cumin, black pepper.</li>
<li>Take a pan put tomato paste, yogurt, ginger/garlic, red chilli, garam masala and fry it until its water get  evaporated.</li>
<li>Take frying pan and fry the fish until its color turn golden brown</li>
<li>Put these pieces into cooked tomato mixture.</li>
<li>Add salt, lemon juice,uncut  green chillies and the powder we crushed before.</li>
<li>Add oil and cook it without spoon just moving the pan.</li>
<li>After that leave it over slow flame.</li>
<li>When the oil leaves the curry then add  coriander, chopped garlic.</li>
<li>Serve and enjoy .</li>

<h3>Method:</h3>
<ol>
<li>Clean the skin of fish then cut them into big pieces now paste white vinegar on it without washing and keep it for 10 minutes then wash it semi hot water.<strong></strong></li>
<li>Roast poppy seeds (KhashKhaash), white cumin, white sesame (Til), whole coriander, peanuts and desiccated coconut (khopra) on pan then grind them all together.<strong></strong></li>
<li>Hot oil in cooking bowl and put whole red chili, fenugreek seeds (Methi Dana) and 3 curry leaves and cook them till black. Now add salt, garlic, turmeric, chili powder, ginger and all roasted and grinded spices and roast them all together then put off from stove.<strong></strong></li>
<li>Paste lemon juice on fish pieces and fry them till it turns brown. Hot all spices again then spread fish on pieces on roasted spices.<strong></strong></li>
<li>Add lemon juice, curry leaves and green chili with it and shake decently the cooking pot for a while. <strong></strong></li>
<li>When oil comes up cook pan on light flame for 5-10 minutes.<strong></strong></li>
<li>Your Mahi Khaliya is ready now serve it with plain rice.<strong></strong></li>

<li>Beat Eggs and mix all dry spices then paste it on both sides of fish pieces.<strong></strong></li>
<li>Soak it in egg and put crumbs on it and put them in dish. Fry 2 pieces of fish in hot oil. When it turns brown put it out on a paper so oil will be absorbed.<strong></strong></li>
<li>Sprinkle Gram Flour on it and serve it with chili sauce.<strong></strong></li>

<li>Take big slices of prawns and clean them.</li>
<li>Apply all dry ingredients on it except salt and keep it for 1 hour.</li>
<li>After 1 hour paste Thai red curry sauce, lemon juice and salt then keep it in fridge for half an hour.</li>
<li>Take oil in frying pan and fry 2-3 prawns in much hot oil when it turns brown then take out and place them on a paper so oil can be absorbed.</li>
<li>If you fry all prawns at once they will not be much crispy.</li>

<li>Now combine it with corn flour, salt and black pepper.</li>
<li>Take bread slices one by one and paste this mixture on it with folk.</li>
<li>Paste whiteness with help of brush then bread crumbs and almond on it and fry on light flame in frying pan.</li>
<li>When turn to golden brown take out and place on a paper so oil can be absorbed.</li>
<li>Immediately sprinkle Gram flour on it.</li>

<h3>Method:</h3>
<ol>
<li>First of all paste 1 tbsp vinegar and some salt on it and keep it for 10 minutes then wash it with cold water.</li>
<li>Heat oil in a spread cooking bowl and put fenugreek seeds, clove, yogurt, ginger, garlic, turmeric, coriander, chili and hot spices in it and roast them lightly.</li>
<li>Fry fish with some ghee in a separate frying pan when it turns brown spread them in the spices cooking bowl. Put curry leaves, green chili and lemon juice on it.</li>
<li>Pour 1 ½ cup of hot water into it and shake the bowl by holding with a cloth (don’t use spoon in it)</li>
<li>When oil is getting up, turn the flame slow and cook it, garnish it with green coriander.</li>
<li>Serve it with plain rice and roti (bread)</li>

<li>Carom (Ajwaien)              ½ tsp</li>
<li>Lemon                                  4 to 6</li>
<li>Rice Flour                            2 tbsp</li>
<li>Chopped Red Chili           1 tbsp</li>
<li>Milled Hot Spices             1 tsp</li>
<li>Salt                                         as per taste</li>
<li>Turmeric                              1 tsp</li>
<li>Oil                                           as per need</li>

<h3> Method:</h3>
<ol>
<li>First of all paste 1 tbsp vinegar and some salt on it and keep it for 10 minutes then wash it with cold water.</li>
<li>Mix turmeric and juice of 3 lemons in rice water and keep it.</li>
<li>Combine Carom, red chili, hot spice, salt, rice flour and cumin with gram flour, then put all fish slices first into rice water the paste mixture of gram flour. In this way gram flour and lemon juice will mix inner side. Keep it for half an hour.</li>
<li>After half an hour deep fry all fish slices on low flame, when turns to light brown place them on paper, immediately sprinkle some gram flour on it.</li>

<h3>Ingredients:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Brown Fish                        1 kg (cut into slices and paste salt, vinegar and garlic on it for 15                                                                               minutes then wash it)</li>
</ul>
<h3>For Making Koftas:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Chopped Red Chili         1 tsp</li>
<li>White Cumin                    I tsp (Chopped &amp; Roasted)</li>
<li>Green Coriander            1 bunch (Fine chopped)</li>
<li>Salt                                       as per taste</li>
<li>Onion                                  1 (fine chopped)</li>
<li>Chopped Black Pepper                1 tsp</li>
<li>Green Chili                        4 (fine chopped)</li>
<li>Mint                                    1 bunch (fine chopped)</li>
<li>Lemon                                                2</li>
<li>Egg                                       1</li>
</ul>
<h3>For Making Curry:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Onion                                    2 (Fine Chopped)</li>
<li>Ginger Garlic Paste          1 tbsp</li>
<li>Milled Hot Spices             ½ tsp</li>
<li>Yogurt                                   ½ cup</li>
<li>Chopped Red Chili           1 tbsp</li>
<li>Salt                                         as per taste</li>
<li>Milled Coriander              1 ½ tbsp</li>
<li>Green Coriander              1 bunch (fine chopped)</li>
<li>Green Chili                          2 (Fine Chopped)</li>
<li>Oil                                           1 cup</li>
<li>Turmeric                              1 tsp</li>

<h3>Method:</h3>
<ol>
<li>First of all heat a pan and paste some oil on it then again paste 1 tbsp vinegar and salt on fish slices and put them on pan, so that its water gets dry, when they turns white, turn off the stove.</li>
<li>Put these slices in a bowl and smash it with folk then combine it with all kofta spices.</li>
<li>Paste some oil on your hands and make koftas of it.</li>
<li>Heat oil and fry onions in it till golden brown then take out and place over a paper so it become crunchy. Now take a bowl yogurt, ginger, garlic, salt, turmeric, hot spices and chili in it and mix them then put into a cooking bowl with fried onions and roast them lightly.</li>
<li>Fry koftas in a separate frying pan and then put them into cooking bowl. When all koftas are in cooking bowl then shake cooking bowl slowly by holding with a cloth.(don’t move spoon in it)</li>
<li>When oil is getting separate the pour 1 ½ cup of hot water in it and cook it, put some green spices over it.</li>
<li>When oil comes up, kofta curry is ready.</li>

<h3> Method:</h3>
<ol>
<li>First of all paste 2 tbsp vinegar on fish and wash it after 10 minutes.</li>
<li>Mix all spice in gram flour and paste them on fish slices, after 10 minute put lemon juice on it, keep oven hot before.</li>
<li>Take a spread dish and paste some oil on it then place all slices on it and paste some oil on it with help of brush. Bake it on 250 degrees in oven.</li>
<li>When it turns brown from top then tasty Tandoor Pomfret is ready.</li>

<li><strong><em>Oil</em></strong>-4 tbsp</li>

<h3>Method</h3>
<ul>
<li>Put vinegar over fish and leave it for 10 minutes.</li>
<li>After that wash the fish neatly  and marinate it with all the ingredients.</li>
<li>Leave it for 1 to 2 hours.</li>
<li>Now put these fish pieces into seekh and bbq it over Coal.</li>
<li>When fish&#8217;s color got brown , apply oil over it with brush.</li>
<li>Your tasty bbq fish is ready to eat, garnish it with coriander and onion.</li>
