Sabziyon K Totkay Part 2

  • Vegetable mein zara se sugar chirak dain to vegetables ka colour aur mazza buhat acha hoga. palak , bandghobhi , aur brokeli pakkanay say pehlay agr thanday pani mein 20 min dip kardain to pakkanay kay bad in ka colour buhat khobsorat hoga.
  • Arwee kay pattay mahfooz karnay kay liye patton per chiknaai laga kar malmal kay cloth mein lapait kar firg mein rakhdain.
  • Arwee ko laies say bachanay kay liye zara sa khanay walay choonay kay pani mein dip kardain.
  • Salan mein aalo ko totnay say bachanay kay liye aalo ko kattnay kay bad salt laga kar 10 min kay liye rakh dain. Aalo dho kar kay handi mein dal dain. Aalo nahe totain gaey.
  • Mirchain kattnay ya pessnay say pehlay hathon meein zara si chiknaai lagain.
