- Flour (Anta)-3 cup
- Potato-2 (boiled)
- Cabbage-100 gram (boiled)
- Peas-1/4 cup (boiled)
- Green Chili (Chopped)-2
- Red Chili Powder-1/2 tsp
- Lemon-2
- Ghee-1 cup
- Salt-As required
Method:
- Take potato, cabbage and peas, Now blend it.
- After that take some quantity of oil and stir fry this mixture. Now add green chili, lemon, red chili. and mash it with your hand.
- Now knead well to form a smooth dough. Roll it on flat surface with a rolling pin to form round chapati.
- Now spread a thick layer of all the vegetable mixture in it.
- Take a chapati side, put wet flour in it, and roll it another round shape chapati to cover it.
- After that cook it with the help of wooden spoon and oil.
