Sabzi k Parathay

Ingredients:

  • Flour (Anta)-3 cup
  • Potato-2 (boiled)
  • Cabbage-100 gram (boiled)
  • Peas-1/4 cup (boiled)
  • Green Chili (Chopped)-2
  • Red Chili Powder-1/2 tsp
  • Lemon-2
  • Ghee-1 cup
  • Salt-As required

Method:

  • Take potato, cabbage and peas, Now blend it.
  • After that take some quantity of oil and stir fry this mixture. Now add green chili, lemon, red chili. and mash it with your hand.
  • Now knead well to form a smooth dough. Roll it on flat surface with a rolling pin to form round chapati.
  • Now spread a thick layer of all the vegetable mixture in it.
  • Take a chapati side, put wet flour in it, and roll it another round shape chapati to cover it.
  • After that cook it with the help of wooden spoon and oil.
