Ingredients
- (colocasia esculenta) root (arvi)-1/2 kg
- Coriander Seeds-1 tbsp
- Crushed Red Pepper-1 tbsp
- Turmeric-1/2 tsp
- White Cumin-1 tsp
- Carom Seeds (ajwain)-1 tsp
- Kalonji-1 tsp
- Tamarind syrup-2 tbsp
- Lemon-2
- Oil-As required
- Salt-To taste
Method
- Boil the (colocasia esculenta) root and peel it.
- Marinate (colocasia esculenta) root with all the ingredients and leave it for 10 minutes.
- After that take a cooking boil heat up oil and put methi dana, now add (colocasia esculenta) root in it and cook it over slow flame.
- after 15 minutes delicious Arvi ready to eat.
