Cholai Saag

Ingredients

  • Choolai Spinach-1kilo
  • Whole Red Pepper-10
  • Turmeric-1/2tsp
  • Onion (medium)-4
  • Red chili-4
  • Salt-to taste
  • Oil-1/2 cup


Method

  • Take a cooking bowl heat up oil in it and put onion in it .
  • When onion turns golden in color then add spinach, green chili, red pepper, turmeric, salt and cook it over slow flame.
  • When water get evaporate then leave it from flame and serve it.
