Ingredients
- Choolai Spinach-1kilo
- Whole Red Pepper-10
- Turmeric-1/2tsp
- Onion (medium)-4
- Red chili-4
- Salt-to taste
- Oil-1/2 cup
Method
- Take a cooking bowl heat up oil in it and put onion in it .
- When onion turns golden in color then add spinach, green chili, red pepper, turmeric, salt and cook it over slow flame.
- When water get evaporate then leave it from flame and serve it.
