- Cauliflower-1 (separate flowers)
- Corn Flour-4 tbsp
- Black Pepper Powder-1 tsp
- All Purpose Flour (maida)-1 tbsp
- Oil-As required
- Egg-2
- Salt-As required
- Chicken Cube Mixed Flour-1 tbsp
- Sugar-1 tsp
Method:
- Wash the cauliflowers flowers and leave it for dry.
- Take a bowl put all the ingredients except oil and mixed it well.
- Take a frying pan put oil in it. Now heat up oil.
- After that put flower dip into mixture and deep fry it.
- When it turns golden in color then remove it from the oil.
- Spread 1 pinch of pea flour in it.
