Phool Gobi k Pakore

Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower-1 (separate flowers)
  • Corn Flour-4 tbsp
  • Black Pepper Powder-1 tsp
  • All Purpose Flour (maida)-1 tbsp
  • Oil-As required
  • Egg-2
  • Salt-As required
  • Chicken Cube Mixed Flour-1 tbsp
  • Sugar-1 tsp


Method:

  • Wash the cauliflowers flowers and leave it for dry.
  • Take a bowl put all the ingredients except oil and mixed it well.
  • Take a frying pan put oil in it. Now heat up oil.
  • After that put flower dip into mixture and deep fry it.
  • When it turns golden in color then remove it from the oil.
  • Spread 1 pinch of pea flour in it.
