<h2>Method</h2>
<ul>
<li>Take 4 cups of water in a cooking bowl and add daal, red chili, salt, turmeric in it.</li>
<li>Cook it over a slow flame until daal got soft, then blend it in a blender and take it out again in a cooking bowl.</li>
<li>Put  tamarind, ginger, 4 kari patta in a blender and blend it, mix this mixture in cooking bowl along with daal.</li>
<li>Put the remaining 4 kari patta and green chillies in cooking bowl and cook for 2 minutes.</li>
<li>Heat up oil in a frying pan, put onion, cumin,Uncut red chillies in it and  fry it. Now pour it over daal and cover up the bowl.</li>
<li>Delicious daal is ready to eat. Serve with boiled rice along with pickle and enjoy <img src='http://www.zubaidatariq.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  .</li>

<li>Bottle Gourd (lambi lauki)-1</li>
<li>Brinjal-1</li>
<li>Green Chili-4</li>
<li>Potato-1 medium</li>
<li>Mongre ki phali-3</li>
<li>Tomato-2</li>
<li>Tamarind Syrup-1/2 cup</li>
<li>Salt-To taste</li>

<h2>Method</h2>
<ul>
<li>Washed the lentils (daal) with warm water and put it into cooking owl.</li>
<li>After that add Ginger/Garlic paste, cumin, fenugreek seeds (meethi dana), Coriander powder, onion, 3 cup warm water and cook it over slow flame.</li>
<li>When lentils get soft then add vegetables, tamarind syrup, and cook it until vegetables get soft.</li>
<li>When vegetables and lentils get soft then prepare bhagar.</li>
<li>Take a pan put oil and all the ingredients of bhagar in it now cook it well.</li>
<li>After that add Samber in this bhagar.</li>
