Prawn Fingers



  • Small Prawn                     1/2 Kg
  • Sugar                                     1/4 tsp
  • Eggs                                       2 ( beat yolk and whiteness separately)
  • Chopped Black Pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Crushed Bread                  1 pkt
  • Bread Slices                        6
  • Corn Flour                           1 tsp
  • Salt                                         as per taste
  • Almond                                                10 (Fine Chopped)
  • Oil For Fry                            as per need


  1. Wash prawns and clean and then marinate them, make pulp from it with help of folk.
  2. Now combine it with corn flour, salt and black pepper.
  3. Take bread slices one by one and paste this mixture on it with folk.
  4. Paste whiteness with help of brush then bread crumbs and almond on it and fry on light flame in frying pan.
  5. When turn to golden brown take out and place on a paper so oil can be absorbed.
  6. Immediately sprinkle Gram flour on it.
  7. Your Prawn Fingers are ready to serve. enjoy!!
