Mutton Saag

Ingredients:

  • Mutton                                 ½ kg
  • Spinach                                3 Bunch
  • Soy (Soya)                          2 Bunch
  • Fenugreek (Methi)         1 Bunch
  • Onion                                   3 Tiny Cut
  • Ginger & Garlic                 1 Tbsp Crushed
  • Red Chili Powder             1 tbsp
  • Turmeric                             1 Tsp
  • Hot Spices Powder          1 Tsp
  • Green Chili                          4
  • Butter                                   ½ Tbsp
  • Oil                                           ½ Cup
  • Salt                                         As per taste

 Procedure:

  1. Wash Spinach, Soy, Fenugreek separately and cut into tiny
  2. Soak all of them into water with turmeric. After 15 minutes take out spinach and blend it.
  3. Fry all spices, meat, ginger, garlic , spinach , soy and fenugreek with oil on slow flame .
  4. Turn flame slow when meat turn soft and water of Saag got dry.
  5. Add butter and green chili in the curry and cook for 10 more minutes.
  6. your tasty Mutton Saag is ready, serve it with plain Rice or Bread (Roti).
