Mutton Chops With Potatoes

Ingredients:
- Mutton Chops                                  1 kg
- Potatoes                                             1 kg ( boil, scratch and mash them)
- Milled Ginger Garlic                       1 tbsp
- Chopped Black Pepper                 1/2 tbsp
- Cottage Cheese                                               250 gms
- Crush of Bread                                 250 gms
- Eggs                                                      2
- Oil                                                          as per need
- Milled Red Chili                                1 tbsp
- Salt                                                        as per taste
- Green Chili                                         3 (Crushed)
- Chicken Cubes Mixed Flour        1 tbsp
 Method:
- Apply ginger, garlic, red chili, salt and half black pepper on chops and keep it for half an hour.
- Now put it into a spread cooking bowl, put 2 tbsp oil on it, cap it and cook on a light flame, when water gets dry take it off and cool it.
- Combine cottage cheese, salt, green chili, flour and black pepper with mashed potatoes.
- Take one chop and put around the mashed potatoes, let the bone outside then put egg and crushed breads on it and fry on a light flame.
- When it turns golden brown take it out and place over a paper so the oil gets absorbed.
- In the end sprinkle basin on it.
