Mutton Chops With Potatoes


  • Mutton Chops                                   1 kg
  • Potatoes                                              1 kg ( boil, scratch and mash them)
  • Milled Ginger Garlic                        1 tbsp
  • Chopped Black Pepper                  1/2 tbsp
  • Cottage Cheese                                                250 gms
  • Crush of Bread                                  250 gms
  • Eggs                                                       2
  • Oil                                                           as per need
  • Milled Red Chili                                 1 tbsp
  • Salt                                                         as per taste
  • Green Chili                                          3 (Crushed)
  • Chicken Cubes Mixed Flour         1 tbsp


  1. Apply ginger, garlic, red chili, salt and half black pepper on chops and keep it for half an hour.
  2. Now put it into a spread cooking bowl, put 2 tbsp oil on it, cap it and cook on a light flame, when water gets dry take it off and cool it.
  3. Combine cottage cheese, salt, green chili, flour and black pepper with mashed potatoes.
  4. Take one chop and put around the mashed potatoes, let the bone outside then put egg and crushed breads on it and fry on a light flame.
  5. When it turns golden brown take it out and place over a paper so the oil gets absorbed.
  6. In the end sprinkle basin on it.
