Murghi Do Pyaza (Chicken Onion)

- Chicken-8 pieces
- Onion (chopped)-4
- Bay leave (Taiz Patta)-2
- Clove-2
- Whole Black Pepper-6
- Garlic (chopped)-2 cloves
- Ginger (chopped)-1tbsp
- Tomato (chopped)-4
- Coriander seeds-1tsp
- Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
- Water-1 cup
- Whole Red Chili-8
- Oil-1/2 cup
- Salt-As required
Method
- First of all heat up oil and cook chicken pieces in it. Then take out chicken pieces in plate.
- Now take remaining oil put onion and golden brown it.
- After that put all the ingredients with chicken, tomato in it and cook it over slow flame.
- when water gets evaporate then leave it in slow flame for 5 minutes.
- Your Dish is ready to eat.
