Murghi Do Pyaza (Chicken Onion)


  • Chicken-8 pieces
  • Onion (chopped)-4
  • Bay leave (Taiz Patta)-2
  • Clove-2
  • Whole Black Pepper-6
  • Garlic (chopped)-2 cloves
  • Ginger (chopped)-1tbsp
  • Tomato (chopped)-4
  • Coriander seeds-1tsp
  • Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
  • Water-1 cup
  • Whole Red Chili-8
  • Oil-1/2 cup
  • Salt-As required


  • First of all heat up oil and cook chicken pieces in it. Then take out chicken pieces in plate.
  • Now take remaining oil put onion and golden brown it.
  • After that put all the ingredients with chicken, tomato in it and cook it over slow flame.
  • when water gets evaporate then leave it in slow flame for 5 minutes.
  • Your Dish is ready to eat.
