Mong aur Masoor ki Daal ka Soup


  • Split skinned Red lentil (masoor ki daal)-1/2 cup
  • Yellow Lentils (mong ki daal)-1/2 cup
  • Butter-1/2 tbsp
  • Crushed Black Pepper-1/2 tsp
  • Salt-To taste
  • Coriander leaves-Some leaves
  • Chicken cube-1
  • lemon-2
  • Ginger/Garlic Paste-1 tsp
  • Water-750 ml


  • First of all take both lentils, Washed it with warm water and boiled it over slow flame.
  • Add ginger/garlic paste.
  • When lentils gets soft then leave it for cold.
  • Blend both lentils and out it into cooking bowl.
  • After that add chicken cube, salt, butter and cook it for 5 minutes.
  • When you want to serve it then serve it hot with sprinkle black pepper and lemon syrup.
