Mango Ice Cream


Ingredients:

  • Mango Pulp                        1 ½ – 2 kg
  • Condensed Milk                               2 box
  • Fresh Cream                      2 pkt
  • Dry Milk Powder              2 cup (add some water and make thick milk)

Method:

  1. Blend all above ingredients in a blender.
  2. Now put it in a box and freeze it.
  3. After 24 hours open up the box, fresh ice cream is ready.
