Ingredients:
- Makai ka aata (Flour) 400gms
- Plain Aata (Flour) 1 cup
- Laal Mirch (Red Chili) 1 sprinkle powder
- Ghee as per need
- Salt as per taste
Method:
- Makai ke aatay mai plain aata, salt aur mirch mila ker half boild pani se gondh lain.
- Hathon ko zara sa gila ker kai aatay ka 1 paira leker usay patli gol (Thin round) ki shakal mai bail lain
- Garam pan per roti ko dono taraf se pakaien. Jub halki sunhaeri brown hojaye to utar ker ghee lagain aur usay sarsu kai saag ke saath paish kerain.
