Makai Roti


Ingredients:

  • Makai ka aata (Flour)      400gms
  • Plain Aata (Flour)             1 cup
  • Laal Mirch (Red Chili)      1 sprinkle powder
  • Ghee                                     as per need
  • Salt                                         as per taste

 Method:

  1. Makai ke aatay mai plain aata, salt aur mirch mila ker half boild pani se gondh lain.
  2. Hathon ko zara sa gila ker kai aatay ka 1 paira leker usay patli gol (Thin round) ki shakal mai bail lain
  3. Garam pan per roti ko dono taraf se pakaien. Jub halki sunhaeri brown hojaye to utar ker ghee lagain aur usay sarsu kai saag ke saath paish kerain.
