Lemon Pickle

- Lemon-50
- Funnel Seeds-2 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder-4 tsp
- Red Pepper Powder-4 tsp
- Turmeric Powder-2 tsp
- Rai Powder-3 tsp
- Red Pepper Flask-10 to 12
- Oil-1/2 kg
- Salt-To taste
Method
- Soak the lemons for 4 hours.
- Now remove the water and dry it after that mark the cuts like + this.
- Heat up 4 tbsp oil n put all the ingredients in it and cook it well for 5 minutes.
- Now wait until it gets cold now fill up lemon with this cold mixture.
- Now put these filled lemon in the jar n leave this jar in the sun.
- After 2 days put remaining oil in this jar n again leave this jar in the sun shine.
- Leave this jar in the sun shine for 15 to 20 days daily.
- Check after 15 days that the lemon gets soft? IF the lemon gets soft then you can use this pickle to eat.
- If not then leave this jar for 5 days more in the sun shine.
