Lemon Pickle


  • Lemon-50
  • Funnel Seeds-2 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder-4 tsp
  • Red Pepper Powder-4 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder-2 tsp
  • Rai Powder-3 tsp
  • Red Pepper Flask-10 to 12
  • Oil-1/2 kg
  • Salt-To taste


  • Soak the lemons for 4 hours.
  • Now remove the water and dry it after that mark the cuts like + this.
  • Heat up 4 tbsp oil n put all the ingredients in it and cook it well for 5 minutes.
  • Now wait until it gets cold now fill up lemon with this cold mixture.
  • Now put these filled lemon in the jar n leave this jar in the sun.
  • After 2 days put remaining oil in this jar n again leave this jar in the sun shine.
  • Leave this jar in the sun shine for 15 to 20 days daily.
  • Check after 15 days that the lemon gets soft? IF the lemon gets soft then you can use this pickle to eat.
  • If not then leave this jar for 5 days more in the sun shine.
