Kishmish Chatni

Ingredients

  • Raisins (kishmish)-250 gram
  • Vinegar-150 ml
  • Garam Masala Powder-1 tsp
  • Red Pepper Powder-1 tsp
  • Sugar-300 gram
  • Garlic Paste-4 cloves
  • Salt-To taste


Method

  • Take a cooking bowl put 1/2 cup of water, raisins, sugar, salt, cumin, red pepper, garam masala and cook it.
  • When is starts boiling then add garlic paste.
  • After that when sugar dissolve in water then put vinegar in it.
  • Cook it until chatni got thick.
