- Raisins (kishmish)-250 gram
- Vinegar-150 ml
- Garam Masala Powder-1 tsp
- Red Pepper Powder-1 tsp
- Sugar-300 gram
- Garlic Paste-4 cloves
- Salt-To taste
Method
- Take a cooking bowl put 1/2 cup of water, raisins, sugar, salt, cumin, red pepper, garam masala and cook it.
- When is starts boiling then add garlic paste.
- After that when sugar dissolve in water then put vinegar in it.
- Cook it until chatni got thick.
