- Beef/Mutton Minced-1/2 kg (Without fats chopped with hands)
- Kairi (un cooked Mango)-3 (cut into cubes
- Onion-2 (cut into cubes)
- Red pepper-1/2 tbsp
- Salt-As required
- Coriander-1 bunch (finely chopped)
- Kalonji (black seeds)-1/2 tsp
- Oil-1/2 cup
- Green Chili-4 (finely chopped)
- Turmeric-1 tsp
- Ginger/Garlic Paste-1 tbsp
- Ginger- 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
- Mint-1 bunch (finely chopped)
- Curry Leave-Some leaves
Method
- Take a cooking bowl, Put minced, ginger, garlic, salt, turmeric, red pepper and cook it over slow flame without water.
- When minced water gets evaporate then add oil, kairi, onion, curry leaves, kalonji and cook it for a while.
- After that add ginger, green chili, mint, coriander and cook it for 5 minutes over slow flame.
