Kairi Qeema

Ingredients:

  • Beef/Mutton Minced-1/2 kg (Without fats chopped with hands)
  • Kairi (un cooked Mango)-3 (cut into cubes
  • Onion-2 (cut into cubes)
  • Red pepper-1/2 tbsp
  • Salt-As required
  • Coriander-1 bunch (finely chopped)
  • Kalonji (black seeds)-1/2 tsp
  • Oil-1/2 cup
  • Green Chili-4 (finely chopped)
  • Turmeric-1 tsp
  • Ginger/Garlic Paste-1 tbsp
  • Ginger- 1  tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Mint-1 bunch (finely chopped)
  • Curry Leave-Some leaves

Method

  • Take a cooking bowl, Put minced, ginger, garlic, salt, turmeric, red pepper and cook it over slow flame without water.
  • When minced water gets evaporate then add oil, kairi, onion, curry leaves, kalonji and cook it for a while.
  • After that add ginger, green chili, mint, coriander and cook it for 5 minutes over slow flame.
