Ingredients:
- Tamarind                            1 tbsp
- Water                                  2 ½ liter
- Dry Ginger                         2 tbsp (Milled)
- Salt                                        as per taste
- Sugar                                    1 cup
- White Cumin                     1 tbsp (Chopped and roasted)
- Black Salt                            a sprinkle
Method:
- take a stainless steel cooking bowl and put water in it, then put tamarind, sugar, cumin, salt and dry ginger in it and cook for 10 minutes.
- Then take it off a let be cool then put black salt on it.
- Before serving it,first  put ice cubes in glass then jal zeera and some mint leaves on it.
- Don’t put black salt when it is hot.
