Green Spicy Chicken


  • One Chicken                      1 kg (cut into 12 pieces)
  • Garlic,                                   6
  • Green Chili                          8
  • Green coriander               2 bunch (mix all theses 3 and prepare Chatni (Sauce) from it
  • Milled Ginger Garlic        1 tbsp
  • Fine Chopped Onions    1 tbsp
  • Chopped Black Pepper  1 tsp
  • Oil                                           1 cup
  • Yogurt                                   1/2 cup
  • Salt                                         as per taste
  • Lemon                                  3 -4


  1. Wash chicken with water and combine with yogurt, salt and ginger garlic, then put them into a cooking bowl and cook them, when water gets dry, take it off.
  2. Heat oil in a cooking bowl and fry onions in it till golden brown, then put them on a paper so it become crinkle, now put ready sauce (chatni)in oil and fry it.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan and lightly fry the chicken into it, then put chicken into sauce cooking bowl.
  4. When all chicken pieces are fried and transferred into sauce cooking bowl put chopped black pepper, fried onions and lemon juice on it.
  5. Heat it on light flame for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve it with hot plain rice and Parathas.
