Green Spicy Chicken

Ingredients:
- One Chicken                     1 kg (cut into 12 pieces)
- Garlic,                                  6
- Green Chili                         8
- Green coriander              2 bunch (mix all theses 3 and prepare Chatni (Sauce) from it
- Milled Ginger Garlic       1 tbsp
- Fine Chopped Onions   1 tbsp
- Chopped Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Oil                                          1 cup
- Yogurt                                  1/2 cup
- Salt                                        as per taste
- Lemon                                 3 -4
 Method:
- Wash chicken with water and combine with yogurt, salt and ginger garlic, then put them into a cooking bowl and cook them, when water gets dry, take it off.
- Heat oil in a cooking bowl and fry onions in it till golden brown, then put them on a paper so it become crinkle, now put ready sauce (chatni)in oil and fry it.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and lightly fry the chicken into it, then put chicken into sauce cooking bowl.
- When all chicken pieces are fried and transferred into sauce cooking bowl put chopped black pepper, fried onions and lemon juice on it.
- Heat it on light flame for 5 minutes.
- Serve it with hot plain rice and Parathas.
