Frozen Salad


  • Boiled Peas                         1 cup
  • Boiled Potato                     2 (cut into small square pieces)
  • Bell Peppers                       2 ( take out its seeds and cut into small pieces)
  • Pineapple Slices                                4
  • Cucumber                           2 (take out its seeds and cut into small pieces with its peel)
  • Fresh Cream                      2 packet
  • Mayonez                             1 bottle 300 ml
  • Salt                                         as per taste
  • White Pepper                    1 tsp
  • Sugar                                     1 tsp
  • Gelatin                                                 1 tbsp


  1. Heat water in a frying pan, take a small cooking bowl, put 2 tbsp gelatin in it with cold water and put bowl on frying pan and heat it, when gelatin is mixed turn off the stove.
  2. Take a pudding or jelly bowl and beat Mayonez and cream in it.
  3. Now put all vegetables, pineapple, white pepper and sugar with gelatin in it and keep the bowl in fridge.
  4. Keep it into freeze 1 ½ hour before serving it, then put bowl on hot water for 3 -4 minutes, when its become soften cut it form all around.
  5. Take a spread dish and take out this frozen salad in to it.
  6. Put salad leave around it and pineapples slices.
