Fried Shrimps With Hot Sauce


  • Shrimps                                                12 (Big Slices)
  • Egg                                        4 ( Beat whiteness separately)
  • Salt                                        as per taste
  • Chicken Cubes Flour      1 tbsp
  • Cold Water                         2 tsp
  • Brown Vinegar                 3 tbsp
  • Sugar                                    1 tsp
  • Corn Flour                          1/2 cup
  • Oil For Fry                           as per need

Ingredients for hot sauce

  • Green onions                    3 (separate leaves and crush white part)
  • Fine chopped Ginger     1 tsp
  • Sesame oil                          some drops
  • Salt                                        as per taste
  • Chicken Curry (Yakhni)  1 cup
  • Chopped Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Oil                                          2 tbsp
  • Fine chopped Garlic       6
  • Thick Soya Sauce             2 tbsp
  • Corn flour                           1 tbsp
  • Chopped white pepper                1 tsp
  • Honey                                  1/2 tbsp


  1. Wash, clean and then apply brown sauce on shrimps and marinate them.
  2. After 1 ½ hour, beat whiteness of egg and add 2 tsp cold water, corn flour and sugar in it, take prawns one by one and hold it from one end and soak into this mixture.
  3. Now deep fry all prawns on light flame then take out and place on paper so the oil will be absorbed.
  4. For hot sauce, heat oil in a frying pan then roast onions, ginger and garlic in it then add soya sauce and white & black pepper in it, now combine chicken yakhni, corn flour and honey together then pour it into the sauce.
  5. Continue move wooden spoon it in, when it turns thicker pour some drops of sesame oil in it, the sauce is ready.
  6. When serving, keep sauce much hot and pour prawns into it and place them in a dish.
