Fried Prawns

Ingredients:

  • Prawns                                 ½ Kg
  • Gram Flour                         ½ Bowl
  • Rice Flour                            ¼ Bowl
  • Egg                                         1
  • Coriander Chopped        ½ Bunch
  • Green Chili                          3 Thick Cut
  • White Vinegar                   2 Tbsp
  • Chopped Black Pepper 1 Tsp
  • Baking Soda                        ½ Tsp
  • Oil                                           As per need
  • Salt                                         As per taste

Method:

  1. Clean prawns and apply vinegar on it without washing and keep it for 5 minutes .
  2.  After 5 minutes wash it and rinse water from it.
  3. Take gram flour, rice flour, all above spice and egg then mix them to make a thick paste.
  4.  Take oil in frying pan and apply paste to prawns and fry them in hot oil, when it turns brown take it out on a paper.
  5.  Sprinkle some gram flour so prawns will get crispy. Serve it with tamarind sauce (imli ki chatni).
