Ingredients:
Prawns                                ½ Kg- Gram Flour                        ½ Bowl
- Rice Flour                           ¼ Bowl
- Egg                                        1
- Coriander Chopped       ½ Bunch
- Green Chili                         3 Thick Cut
- White Vinegar                  2 Tbsp
- Chopped Black Pepper 1 Tsp
- Baking Soda                       ½ Tsp
- Oil                                          As per need
- Salt                                        As per taste
Method:
- Clean prawns and apply vinegar on it without washing and keep it for 5 minutes .
- Â After 5 minutes wash it and rinse water from it.
- Take gram flour, rice flour, all above spice and egg then mix them to make a thick paste.
- Â Take oil in frying pan and apply paste to prawns and fry them in hot oil, when it turns brown take it out on a paper.
- Â Sprinkle some gram flour so prawns will get crispy. Serve it with tamarind sauce (imli ki chatni).
