Eggplant vegetable with mango pickle

Ingredients:
- Eggplant (Baingan)                        1/2 kg
- Green chili                                         4-6
- Tomato                                               2 cut in pieces
- Mango pickle                                    4 tbsp
- Curry leaves                                      some leaves
- Oil                                                          1/2 cup
Method:
- cut long pieces of eggplant and green chili tiny cut
- fry eggplant lightly in hot oil and out mango pickle and curry leaves then cap it & cook it on low flame.
- When water gets dry roast it for a while then serve it with green chili and coriander.
