Egg Fried Rice


 Ingredients:

  • Long Grain Rice (Basmati Rice)   1 kg, (wash and soak for 20 minutes)
  • Eggs                                                       6
  • Leaves of Green Onions                               1 cup, (Fine Chopped)
  • Bell Peppers (Shimla Mirch)        1 cup (fine chopped)
  • White Pepper                                    1 tsp, milled
  • Chicken Cube Mixed Flour           1 tbsp
  • Sesame oil                                          some drops
  • Yellow Food color                            one sprinkle
  • Carrot                                                   2 (Fine Chopped)
  • Soya sauce                                          2 tbsp
  • White Vinegar                                   2 tbsp
  • Peel off Garlic                                    6, fine chopped
  • Oil                                                           1/2 cup

 Method:

  1. Boil rice in much water and put 1 tbsp white vinegar and salt, when boiled take out, separate water and heat, then take out and place over a paper so rice can become crunchy.
  2. Heat oil in a cooking bowl and put garlic in it and fry till golden brown.
  3. Beat egg and combine food color in it, put it into oil and continue moving spoon in it.
  4. When eggs gets into cuts then put vegetables, soya sauce, vinegar, sugar and flour and roast them and put rice in it, move rice with both hands.
  5. When its mixed thoroughly put sesame oil on it.
  6. Tasty rice are ready serve it hot.
