Coriander and Carrot Soup


Ingredients:

  • Carrot                                                   4 crushed
  • Chicken Soup                                     4 Cups
  • Coriander                                            4 Bunches
  • Butter                                                   1 Tbsp
  • Crushed Black Pepper                    ½ Tsp
  • Cream                                                   ¼ Bowl
  • Salt                                                         As per taste

Method:

  1. Take a cooking bowl , put Butter and Chopped Coriander , fry it till 2 minutes and put Chicken soup with Crushed Carrots.
  2. Put salt and black pepper and cook it on light heat till carrots become soft the put out from heat and make it cold then this mixture in Blender.
  3. Make it hot before serving it , and put into a big bowl then put fresh cream onto it .
