Chicken Shashlik

- Chicken Boneless-1kg (in cubes)
- Ginger paste-1tsp
- Garlic paste-1tsp
- Soya sauce-1tbsp
- White vinegar- 1tbsp
- Sugar-1tsp
- Chicken cube mix Floor (Maida)-1tbsp
- Salt- as required
- Red chili (ground)-1/2 tbsp
- Black pepper (ground)-1tsp
- Oil-2tbsp
Vegetables
- Tomato-4(pulp it off n cut it into cubes) put out pulpĀ in another cup
- Green capsicum-3 (in cubes)
- Onion- 3 (in cubes)
Method
For the cooking of vegetables
- Soya sauce-1tbsp
- Sugar-1/2 tsp
- Red chili (ground)-1tsp
- White vinegar-1tsp
- Salt-as required
- Tomato ketchup-2tbsp
- Oil-1tbsp
Method
- First of all take chicken cubes n heavy knife then mash it with knife.
- After that take 1 bowl n put chicken, ginger, garlic, soya sauce, sugar, salt, red chili, black pepper andĀ floor in it. Mix it well and leave it for half an hour.
- Take a frying pan now put oil in it. after that fry the chicken cube separately from both sides.
- Now take another frying pan, put oil and all the vegetable ingredients in it and stir fry it.
For Shashlik
- Take a pan and put oil and all the ingredients (vegetables and chicken) and cook it in a slow flame.
