Cheese Kabab


  • Cottage Cheese              250 gms
  • Bread Crumbs                                 250 gms
  • Green Chili                        4 (Fine Chopped)
  • Almond                              15 (Fine Chopped)
  • Green Onion                    2 (Fine Chopped Along With Leaves)
  • Chicken Cubes Flour     1 tbsp
  • Garlic                                   4 (Fine Chopped)
  • Bread Slices                      6
  • Chopped Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Green Coriander            1 bunch (Fine Chopped)
  • Salt                                       as per taste
  • Egg                                       2
  • Ginger                                                1/2 tbsp (fine chopped)
  • Oil                                         as per need


  1. First of all scrub cheese, cut all sides of bread slices and crushed them and mix them with cheese then add all spices thoroughly and keep it for a while.
  2. After a while make round kababs of it then dip in the beaten egg then deep fry them on light flame.
  3. When become brown the take them out and place on paper and sprinkle gram flour on it.
  4. Serve it hot with tomato sauce.
