Aloo Bonday


  • Potato-1 kg
  • White Cumin-1 tsp (bhunna hua)
  • Crushed Red Pepper-1 tbsp
  • Raye-2 tbsp
  • Gram Flour (besan)-1 cup
  • Egg White-1
  • Tamarind Syrup-2 tbsp
  • Mint-1/2 bunch
  • Coriander-1 bunch
  • Green Chili-4 (chopped)


  • Boiled potatoes and mash them.
  • Take gram flour add egg white, tamarind syrup and make a smooth mixture.
  • Put all the ingredients into potato and mix it well.
  • After that make them little balls of this potato dip into gram flour mixture and deep fry it.
  • When it turns golden brown in color then serve it.
