Aloo Bhindi

Ingredients:

  • Potato                                ½ kg
  • Ladyfinger (Bhindi)     ½ kg
  • Chopped red chili        1 tbsp
  • White cumin                  1 tsp
  • Green spices                  little bit
  • Lemon                              2
  • Chaat Masala                 ½ Tsp
  • Oil                                      for frying
  • Salt                                   as per taste

Method:

  1. Cut potatoes in the shape of chips and ladyfinger in long pieces.
  2. Hot oil in frying pan , fry potatoes in it and take out and place on a paper
  3. Put ladyfinger in the same oil fry it till brown then take out and place on a separate paper.
  4. Take out all oil from frying pan and roast potato, ladyfinger, red chili and cumin without oil then put salt, chaat masala, green spice, lemon juice in it.
  5. Serve it with hot puri.
