- Potato ½ kg
- Ladyfinger (Bhindi) ½ kg
- Chopped red chili 1 tbsp
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Green spices little bit
- Lemon 2
- Chaat Masala ½ Tsp
- Oil for frying
- Salt as per taste
- Cut potatoes in the shape of chips and ladyfinger in long pieces.
- Hot oil in frying pan , fry potatoes in it and take out and place on a paper
- Put ladyfinger in the same oil fry it till brown then take out and place on a separate paper.
- Take out all oil from frying pan and roast potato, ladyfinger, red chili and cumin without oil then put salt, chaat masala, green spice, lemon juice in it.
- Serve it with hot puri.
