Almond Ladyfinger


 Ingredients:

  • Ladyfinger                           ½ kg
  • Almond                                                15-20
  • Ginger                                  1 inch , chopped
  • Garlic                                     8 , cut into 2 pieces
  • White coriander               ½ tbsp
  • Red chili                               8
  • White cumin                      ½ tbsp
  • Chopped black pepper  1 tsp
  • Butter                                   1 tsp
  • Oil                                           ½ cup
  • Salt                                         as per taste

 Method:

  1. Soak almonds and put off its peel then cut it into 2 pieces, heat oil in cooking bowl and fry almonds in it.
  2. Put ladyfinger in the same oil roast it lightly then add butter and all spices and cook , when ladyfinger gets cook add almond and salt in it.
  3. Serve it with bread (roti) or puri.
