Almond Ladyfinger

Ingredients:
- Ladyfinger ½ kg
- Almond 15-20
- Ginger 1 inch , chopped
- Garlic 8 , cut into 2 pieces
- White coriander ½ tbsp
- Red chili 8
- White cumin ½ tbsp
- Chopped black pepper 1 tsp
- Butter 1 tsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Salt as per taste
Method:
- Soak almonds and put off its peel then cut it into 2 pieces, heat oil in cooking bowl and fry almonds in it.
- Put ladyfinger in the same oil roast it lightly then add butter and all spices and cook , when ladyfinger gets cook add almond and salt in it.
- Serve it with bread (roti) or puri.
